RH3 Mismanagement Election 2025

It’s that time of year again! The Rabat Hash House Harriers are preparing for the next Mismanagement Team Election. Here’s how it’s going to happen:

🧭 GM Candidacy Declaration

Candidates for the GM position should declare their candidacy in front of the hashers at the circle during one of the following hashes:

• 📅 Saturday, May 17
• 📅 Saturday, May 24
• 📅 Saturday, May 31

👥 Form Your Mismanagement Team

Each GM candidate is expected to prepare a team of around 5–6 members. While not mandatory, it’s highly encouraged to introduce your team in the circle — ideally starting from the first declaration, and with at least a few of them — so everyone knows who’s stepping up!

🗳️ Voting in the Circle

Voting will take place during the circle over three consecutive Saturdays:

• 🗳️ Saturday, June 7
• 🗳️ Saturday, June 14
• 🗳️ Saturday, June 21

If you can’t attend, no worries — you may appoint someone to vote on your behalf, or ask a committee member to cast your vote. Just make sure to inform the committee in advance!

📢 Results Announcement

The official results of the election will be announced on Wednesday, June 25.

🎉 Election Ceremony & Celebration

The official changeover ceremony will be held on Saturday, June 28, and we’ll celebrate as it should be — with free beers, wine, and food for all!
